We require payment on arrival. A full payment is required on arrival except for stays longer than 6 weeks.
Payment: Payment can be made by cash, travelers’ cheques, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or UK debit cards. Please note that payment by credit or debit card is subject to a surcharge of 3%.
Our reception is open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm throughout the week, including weekends. If you arrive before or after these times please notify us immediately. Arrivals between 10:00 pm and midnight are subject to GBP 20.00 service fee payable in cash on arrival. Every started hour after midnight will be charged GBP 10.00 extra.
Luggage: Please note that we do not have the facilities to store luggage after check-out
1. BOOKING PROCEDURE
You must complete the on-line booking form and provide us with your credit card details.
The person who completes the on-line booking form must be over 18 years of age and is responsible
for ensuring full payment with the hotel.
They are also responsible for keeping other members of his/her party informed as to the booking details.
The booking is confirmed when an email booking confirmation form has been sent to you by London-House.com a
trading name of Imperial Choice Travel Ltd.
2. If we do not confirm the booking by email it means that the contract has not been made.
Please carefully check the details on your confirmation email and all other documentation on
receipt and inform us immediately of any errors. We do not accept liability for any errors not
notified to us within 72 hours of the date of booking and it may not be possible to
make corrections at a later stage.
Your contract with us and all matters arising out of it are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
3. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
The Booking Confirmation must be given to the hotel at check-in.
Failure to produce the confirmation at check-in may result in the hotel not honoring your reservation.
The confirmation clearly states what is covered in the rate quoted and additional charges incurred at the hotel will be at your expense.
Cancellation of a booking will immediately invalidate the confirmation.
4. PAYMENT SECURITY
It is important for you to know that whenever you provide us with personal details or credit card
information, it is secure.
5. CHANGES BY YOU
If you wish to change your booking after it has been confirmed e.g. guest names, date changes,
etc, you must contact London-House directly on +44 (0) 845 834 0244 or by emailing: reservations@london-house.com.
We will try to assist but cannot guarantee to meet such requests.
6. CANCELLATION BY YOU
Booking cancellation and no show charges are as below:- 1 to 13 nights stay: There is no charge and any reservation deposit will be returned, if a guaranteed booking is cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival date.
Notice given after 24 hours prior to arrival date will be subject of 1 nights charge.- 14 to 30 nights stay: 7 nights notice is required before an arrival date to avoid cancellation fee.
Failure to do so will be subject of 7 nights charge.- 30 and above: 14 nights notice is required before an arrival date to avoid cancellation fee.
Failure to do so will be subject of 14 nights charge.canellations after check-in are not accepted and the client is responsible for the entire stay.
Advanced Purchased Reservations: Cancellation or Change Policy
This reservation is non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled.
No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out.
Stay extensions require a new reservation.
All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. At the sole discretion of London-house.co.uk refunds may be given due to extenuating circumstances.
If you wish to book multiple rooms, you must use a different name for each room or the duplicate reservation MAY be cancelled by the hotel.
